All prices on the Published Art website are in Australian $. Where a title is despatched within Australia the price will be inclusive of GST. Overseas orders are GST exclusive, however, if local taxes apply that is your responsibility.
While Published Art attempts to ensure all prices listed on the website are correct, prices may vary sometimes for reasons beyond our control, for example when there is an increase in price by a publisher or distributor. Published Art reserves the right not to sell at the price displayed on the website. We will normally contact you within 48 hours of your order being placed to confirm price, availability and shipping options before your order is processed.
DELIVERY METHODS AND TIMES
Australian orders: We use Australia Post for most orders. Where the item/s fit in an express post satchel we will use this method, otherwise we will send via regular post which generally takes about 3-7 working days. Where a street address is provided for orders within the Central Business District of Sydney and Melbourne books will be sent via courier which generally takes 1-3 days. Please see the postage rates schedule.
Overseas orders: We use Australia Post International airmail for all overseas orders. Please see the postage rates schedule for costs and an anticipated delivery time to your region.
When you place an order if we have the book in stock we normally despatch within 24-48 hours. When an item is not in stock delivery times may vary depending on availability from suppliers. We will normally contact you within 48 hours of your order being placed to confirm price, availability and shipping options before your order is processed.
You will be notified by email when our order is being despatched so that you know when to expect a delivery. For Australian orders if your order has not been received within 3 weeks of your notified shipping date please contact us and we will trace your package.
For overseas orders once you have been notified that your order is shipping please allow 6 weeks for books to arrive before contacting us if you donâ€™t receive your order.
Published Art makes every practical effort to ensure that delivery timeframes given are accurate, however, the delivery times stated for items on this site assumes that the availability information provided by our suppliers is accurate and that the times quoted are not adversely affected by unforeseen events.
By placing an order on this site you agree not to hold Published Art liable for any loss or damage directly or indirectly arising out of or in connection with any delay or failure to deliver within the estimated timeframe.
Your credit card will be charged once we have confirmed with you the price, availability, and shipping costs of the item/s on your order. The payment will be for item/s that are ready to send immediately, plus item/s that are not in stock and have to be ordered for you.
After charging your card, if for some unforseen reason we discover we cannot obtain an item/s we will refund the cost of the item/s we are unable to supply. Any refund we give for items we cannot supply will be in Australian $.
Once we have confirmed your order with you orders cannot be cancelled.
Published Art reserves the right to cancel orders that we believe to be fraudulent.
Please choose carefully as we do not give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. The only exception would be for limited edition publications.
The only time we will authorise a return is if the book is damaged in transit or is misbound. You must notify us within 7 days of receiving the item/s for the return to be authorised and proof of purchase must accompany any return we approve.
