Over the last two decades, the practice of RCR (Rafael Aranda, Carme Pigem and Ramon Vilalta) has developed a unique architectural language that combines a desire to harmonise with nature while utilising tactile materials with a rational determination of conceptual rigor, constructive refinement and abstract composition. A comprehensive and chronologically ordered survey of their output is provided here, starting with their Athletics Stadium in Olot, Spain and concluding with the design for the 'La Cuisine Art Center, Negrepelisse, France.

Also included are other highlights such as the Bell-lloc Winery, Palamos; House for a Carpenter, Olot, Spain; Els Colors Nursery, Manlleu, Spain; the Horizonte House, Spain.

Alongside colour photographs, plans, elevations and explanatory texts, this issue also includes two introductory essays exploring RCR's architectural development by Richard Ingersoll and Carlos Jimenez.
