This is the most comprehensive collection on British architect Richard Rogers (b. 1933) ever published. Rogers has been one of the key figures of international architecture since the 1960s. Volume 1 covers 1961-88, including Rogers' early work with Norman Foster and Team 4 and his partnerships with Su Rogers and Renzo Piano. Volume 2 features over 50 projects from 1987-92, including competition schemes for Terminal 5 at Heathrow Airport, the Tokyo International Forum and buildings such as Channel 4 headquarters and the Strasbourg Court of Human Rights. Volume 3 features over 48 projects from 1993-2005, including the Canary Wharf (2000-) and the Millennium Dome (2000) in London, UK, the Terminal Building at Barajas Airport in Madrid, Spain (1997-2005), and Minami-Yamashiro Elementary School in Kyoto, Japan (2003). Volume 3 also documents many unbuilt projects, such as the Pusan Rail Station, Korea (1996), and the Congress Centre in Rome, Italy (1999).
